Day 3 – Stairs could be a problem!

Ok I went to get out of bed this morning and both of my legs were solid.  As I hobbled to the bathroom I wondered whether this was how my legs were going to feel all month?  Any previous Junathoners, is this the case?

Nevertheless I put on my Audiofuel Full Tilt and headed out for a couple of miles.  Once I started, I actually felt good, even amazing!  The music made a huge difference.  I tried the DJ mix without the coaching and it was exactly what I needed.

Today’s Stats:

Distance: 2.8 miles

Time: 27 minutes 21 seconds

Several hours later I still can’t do stairs but I’m happy I went for a run.
