And so it begins
Starting a challenge like this after celebrating a drunken
New Year’s Eve, was definitely more difficult to consider this
morning than yesterday! So I decided to take it easy on myself and
try taking my kids on bikes to the park, while running with them.
Ok so maybe not the best plan….. My son can cycle quite fast,
occasionally and my daughter gets easily distracted, so I had a
lovely slow warm up. Luckily my husband was with us so I was able
to do some laps of the park, making my total a healthy 4 miles. I
was secretly pleased I HAD to have a slow warm up and cool down!
